Lee Sutterfield – President and Chairman of the Board
Lee Sutterfield is the president and chairman of the board. Previous to SecureLogix, he was a co-founder and the executive vice president of WheelGroup Corporation (acquired by Cisco Systems in 1998). Lee has over 25 years of experience in communications network management and security, including groundbreaking work in network vulnerability and protection for the Department of Defense Intelligence community and the US Air Force. He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University. |

Rick Jordan – Chief Operating & Financial Officer
Rick Jordan is the chief operating and financial officer and a member of the board of directors. Before SecureLogix, he was a co-founder and the chief financial officer of WheelGroup Corporation (acquired by Cisco Systems in 1998). Rick has 25 years of experience in business management and financial services in domestic and international markets. He has a B.S. in Accounting from Clemson University. |

Mark Collier – CTO & Vice President of Engineering
Mark Collier leads hardware and software product engineering, development, testing and manufacturing. Prior to joining SecureLogix, Mark was with the Southwest Research Institute for 14 years, where he contributed to and managed software research and development projects in a wide variety of fields, including information warfare. He holds a B. S. degree in Computer Science from St. Mary’s University. |

Kelly Minyard – Vice President of Sales
Kelly Minyard is vice president over global sales and channel development, with executive responsibilty for all commercial, government, and international sales and support efforts. Prior to joining SecureLogix, Kelly served as director of strategic relations and business development for AssetWorks, an enterprise asset and maintenance management software company. He has a B.B.A. in Marketing from Texas Tech University. |

Joe O’Donnell – Vice President of Business Development
Joe O’Donnell is vice president of business development, with management responsibility over global channel development and business alliances. He has 20-plus years of management and senior sales experience in the telecom industry, and was one of the first sales executives to work with new voice over IP (VoIP) technologies that emerged during the 1990s. In 2006, he was selected by VoIP-News as one the “50 Most Influential People in VoIP.” Joe previously served as vice president North America, enterprise convergence sales for Nortel Networks and director of the convergence technology leadership program for Cisco Systems. He was instrumental at both companies in building highly successful VoIP technology strategies, sales organizations, and training programs. |

David Heard – Vice President of Marketing
David Heard is the senior executive over corporate marketing and communications, product management, technical customer support, and lead generation/inside sales programs. David has 10 years of management experience in B2B product and services marketing. He has an M.B.A from the University of Texas at Austin, and an M.P.A. and B.S. from Texas A&M University. |

Susan Quidley – Vice President of Administration
Susan Quidley manages accounting, human resources, IT and administrative operations. Before SecureLogix, she handled similar responsibilities at WheelGroup Corporation (acquired by Cisco Systems in 1998). Ms. Quidley has over 15 years of business experience and a B.S. in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University. |
